When does my tour start?
Every tour is adapted to your ship’s schedule. We normally meet 30–45 minutes after your scheduled arrival, once the gangway is open and you have cleared the terminal. The exact time is on your confirmation.
Will I get back to the ship on time?
Yes. We know your ship’s departure time and schedule the return so that you are at the pier at least one hour before all-aboard. This is our guarantee; in 14 years no guest has missed a ship with us.
What if my ship doesn’t stop in Palma?
If your ship skips Palma because of weather or any other reason, we refund you in full — no questions asked.
How do I pay?
You don’t pay when you send the request. Once we confirm availability we send a secure payment link (card or PayPal). Prices are in euros; your card issuer sets the exchange rate.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival. Later cancellations are charged 50%; no-shows 100%. If the ship itself cancels the call, you get a full refund regardless.
Are the tours suitable for children or people with limited mobility?
Children are welcome on all tours; under-12s pay half, under-4s travel free. The West Coast and Grand Island tours involve some walking on cobbled streets; tell us about any mobility needs and we will adapt the stops. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available for private tours on request.
Where exactly do we meet?
At the terminal exit, outside, before the shuttle buses. Your guide holds a red compass sign with your name. Full details and the emergency number are on your voucher.
What should I bring?
Your voucher (printed or on your phone), your cruise card, comfortable shoes, sun protection, and a light jacket for the mountains outside summer. Water is provided in the bus.
How accurate is the cruise calendar?
Confirmed calls come directly from the Balearic Port Authority and are updated every night. Calls further out are “expected” from published itineraries and can change. Always follow your ship’s official all-aboard time.
